It can be machine-washed but with cold water
The apparel has to be inside out (even all-over shirts) with a gentle cycle with mild detergent. It can be washed together with similar colors.
DO NOT PUT BLEACH ON IT!
DO NOT PUT FABRIC SOFTENER ON IT!
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!
If you are going to iron the apparel, use a cool-iron, and make sure you also made the apparel inside out. DO NOT IRON THE PRINT!! If possible, you can turn it inside out and iron on the reverse side if there are any wrinkles on the apparel.
At best, the temperature to wash the apparel is 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit).

Mugs: Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. It's better to hand-wash the mugs as well for the prints to last longer.

Are your clothes US or Euro/Asia sized?

All our apparel is US based in standard form. Our sizing charts depicts of inches and centimeters to accommodate both US and International customers based off their measurements.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide to almost every country around the world, but (as of right now) there are certain countries that we cannot ship to: certain regions in the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

I purchased the wrong size by accident. Is there anything I can do?

Please double check on our sizing chart before buying any of our apparel. If you've already made the purchase with the wrong size, it happens to the best of us. Please email us on info@jay-japan.com within 24-48 hours of placing the order along with your order number and the new size you wanted. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
