Returns and Refunds
Jay Japan offers a 30-day money back guaranteed on products that are ONLY unopened, unused, and with the original packaging. After the 30th day, you cannot apply for a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you need to have the product on the SAME CONDITION that it once was, unopened, unused and unworn, and in their original packaging. You also need to have a receipt and/or any kind of proof of your purchase before we start the process of a return.
The only exceptions that we CANNOT accept any returns are orders that are on sale, gift cards, and customized products (products that you personalized).
If you received a defective item, please send an email with a photo of the defective item. We'll send you a new item with express shipping, and we'll pay for it~.
If you changed your mind about the product and not interested, you have 3-5 business days to email me the reason why you changed your mind about the product before we get started on the process of refunding your money.
Here are the locations you need to return your orders*:
- Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
- Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
- Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
- Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders).
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: 817-3 Komiyaji, Shinwamachi, Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, 8630101 Japan.
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil (apparel orders & mugs); R. João Ferreira de Camargo, 714 - Jardim Mutinga. CEP 06460-060. Barueri - SP, Brasil (non-apparel orders).
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us on email (info@jay-japan.com) if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong order. We'll inspect it and make it right!
Once you returned the original product to us, we inspect the product to see any problems. If everything goes well, then you will get your refund back. Once you get your refund back, it will return to your bank account or credit card. It might take some time before the refund returns to you, but it's a 100% guaranteed that you'll get your refund back. We'll pay for the return charges as well~
Note: Shipping fees WILL NOT be added to the refund. It'll only refund the cost of the item.
