All our apparel is US based in standard form. Our sizing charts depicts of inches and centimeters to accommodate both US and International customers based off their measurements.
We do ship worldwide to almost every country around the world, but (as of right now) there are certain countries that we cannot ship to: certain regions in the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
Please double check on our sizing chart before buying any of our apparel. If you've already made the purchase with the wrong size, it happens to the best of us. Please email us on info@jay-japan.com within 24-48 hours of placing the order along with your order number and the new size you wanted. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
We securely accept all major credit card providers (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Amazon Pay.
Unlike most anime stores, Jay Japan tends to have a transparent delivery timer for our store to know exactly when your order is shipped, and when you'll receive your order.

Free shipping for US customers is orders over $100 (International customers is $125) and it mostly take about an average of 3-5 business days for most of our items to be fulfilled in the United States. After your items are processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking code on your email and approximate shipping time:
United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 7-10 business days
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
Australia: 14-20 business days
Rest of the world: 15-25 business days
