Jay Japan is proud to offer international shipping that is currently in over 200 countries (including island countries) around the world with free shipping. 

In our store, the highest quality service, and the great experience the customers have is the #1 priority.

I will continue to improve to make sure that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with their orders, that is exceptional than our competitors.


*Because of recent events dealing with coronavirus (or COVID-19), there will be some delays on your orders, and the processing time before shipping your order will also have some delays. So please be patient, and even though your orders are automatically safe, I will do what I can to make sure your orders are processed and shipped right to your door.*


How does shipping packages work?

The packages will mostly be shipped in ePacket, but there will be times that it'll be shipped depending on the size and weight of the product you ordered.

Packages that are shipped to the United States are going to be associated with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Does your store ship from around the world?

That's correct. Our store will ship from over 200 countries around the world, but not outside of Earth sadly... (๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑)

However, there will be a time if you happen to be in a location that we cannot directly ship to, I will contact you as soon as I can.

How are you going to handle international customs?

International customs can be tricky for a lot of people, and sadly, it's out of our control when it comes to that.

The company is not responsible for the fees that are dealing with international customs.

So, be prepared to get customs fees when the packages arrived in your country.

How long does shipping take?

One of the most famous questions for a lot of customers, and it's quite understandable.

Shipping times (estimated) varies by mostly the location of the customer, and there can be times it can take longer due to high demand, busy times, or holidays.

The big thing to remember is it doesn't count with the estimated time it'll finish processing (which takes 2-7 business days).

While yeah it might take some time for your product to come, perfection takes time.

Will you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will! Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that contains the tracking information such as a tracking code for your product.

You can go back to the website, go to the "Track Order" tab on the main menu, fill out the information that was given to you, and it'll track your order.

However, there will be times that tracking will not be available because of the free shipping policy.

My tracking code says "no information is available at the moment"

Some shipping companies would take about 2-7 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system.

Do I have one package or multiple packages?

Items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you combined the shipping.
